We’ve designed Launchpad in a way that it’s highly unlikely you will need more than one call a month. After all the more time spent ‘doing’ the better results you’ll get 😉
And by using screenshare and loom videos for our support and feedback process in Slack, we are usually able to be far more efficient and eliminate the need for additional calls.
However, we understand everyone works differently, so if preferred we can take our usual 60 minute monthly calls, and instead break them down into 15 minute weekly check-in calls for us to get aligned on key objectives and help you identify/tackle any bottlenecks for the week ahead.
Technically no…but we do ask you to use your common sense (in other words, we won’t act as your IT support).
For example if you’re unsure how to update your billing details in Google Ads, there are plenty of help articles available on Google’s Support website. However, if you have genuine questions about strategy or would like some feedback on something, we’re always here to support you! Either way, we will always point you in the right direction
