Can I have more than one monthly call?

We’ve designed Co-Pilot in a way that it’s highly unlikely you will need more than one call a month.

By using screenshare videos for our support and feedback process in Slack, we our able to eliminate the need for additional calls. However, additional calls can booked for an additional £150+VAT per call

What if I'm not currently getting any website traffic?
The Co-Pilot process will be tailored to your specific needs. During our initial session we will be finding the core areas we need to focus on and creating an action plan around that – whether that be generating more traffic, or turning more traffic into leads/sales
Will I need money for ads?
The program is completely tailored to your needs. If you currently have an ad budget and are looking to improve your results, we will obviously support you through this. However, if you’re not currently in a position to run paid advertising, we will work on help you build out an organic acquisition channel to get things moving!
Is there a limit to how many questions I can ask?

Technically no…but we do ask you to use your common sense (in other words, we won’t act as your IT support).

For example if you’re unsure how to update your billing details in Google Ads, there are plenty of help articles available on Google’s Support website. However, if you have genuine questions about strategy or would like some feedback on something, we’re always here to support you! Either way, we will always point you in the right direction

How long are the strategy sessions?
The sessions can be up to 2 hours depending on how long we need. We’re big believers in getting straight to the point and being efficient with our calls. Sometimes we may find we need all 2 hours, other times we may be able to cover everything in 30 minutes because we’ve already discussed several things throughout the month.
Can I do a trial?
Due to the very hands-on and personalised nature of this program, we’re not able to offer a trial. However, if you’re on a budget, we’d recommend signing up for our standard 3 month plan. This is the minimum length of engagement to allow a realistic amount of time for you to start seeing some momentum.
What happens after I sign up?
Once you’ve paid, you’ll receive an invite to your dedicated Slack channel to the email address you sign up with, we’ll then be in touch to welcome you on board, add any additional team members where relevant, and book in your initial sessions with your assigned marketing coach
