When running typical lead gen campaigns on LinkedIn, we’ve been able to achieve CPL of as little as £8. However, we’ve come to notice that typical lead-gen ads, such as e-book downloads, don’t always produce the best lead quality.

As such, we sometimes recommend focusing our efforts on nurturing leads and building trust through content, then after a certain number of interactions, pushing them toward a high-intent CTA like a call-booking or demo.

Whilst this may lead to a higher cost per lead, you’ll often find the overall cost per acquisition is significantly lower as the leads have much higher intent, so more of them convert into qualified pipeline and revenue.
